Excellent Chinese and Asian food! The Singapore noodles is one of the best if not the best I've ever had! Nice big pork, chicken and shrimp pieces, spicey with lots of curry. The hot & sour was the best too, as good as any in Toronto or it's Chinatowns. Highly recommended stop on way to cottage, just off the 115.

It must have been an off day because it was disgusting. On Monday, I arrived in PTBO and decided to switch from Subway and go for Chinese. The picture of the General Two chicken showed some chicken surrounded by broccoli. While I was waiting, I noticed that the place was filthy - the chairs, the floor...it was filthy. In the kitchen, somebody was clearing his or her throat very noisily and spitting. The girl at the front was sneezing, blowing her nose, and coughing. When my food arrived, there was a mass of breaded chicken glued together by a large amount of sticky sauce, a mound of fried rice, and one piece of a broccoli floret - and the floret was cold.
The fried rice was decent but the chicken was inedible because of that horrible glue-like sauce on it.
I won't be returning to that restaurant. Not if I was starving. -

Be aware. I rarely every write a review but in this case is a must. If my memory is correct, this is the very worst Chinese food I have ever tasted. Even the rice was in a big clump. The chicken called "almond chicken" was inedible. Chop suey awful. My husband is not a fussy eater and he was unable to eat it. Even the egg rolls were awful. Stiff, hard wrappers which were difficult to chew and swallow. Such a disappointment. We ordered by phone and picked it up.

Some of the best Chinese food around.
Not much room for eat-in, but great for take-out. -

The food was good, tasted low in sodium and fresh which was refreshing. The service I feel could have been better, as a new staff member was manning the phones and taking my order. I asked if they took debit thinking since I was asking for delivery they would provide a debit machine. He informed me they didn't accept debit only cash or credit, so I said credit was fine. When the delivery finally showed up a half hour later than i was told that credit cards are only accepted over the phone. D'oh! Annoying, but I was able to write down my visa number and signature as payment. Might want to be explicit over the phone for your order!
